Base

Foundation is key to a good build and we use a proven design involving a concrete pile system with steel adjustable rods to allow us to get over any uneven land. The floor base is set slightly above ground level, leaving no timber in contact with the ground. This is done to stop rising damp and to create an air flow gap to keep the underneath moisture free.

- 50mm PIR rigid board insulation

- 12.5mm plasterboard

- professionally plastered finish

- skirting and architraves where required

- full painting and decoration throughout

ROOF

- C24 roof joists

- 18mm OSB roofing boards

- Firestone 1 piece rubber roof membrane

- colour coded fascias and sofits

- gutter, downpipe and drainage as required

DOORS AND WINDOWS

- we use high specification aluminium doors and windows. These come in a large variety of colours to suit your requirements. All glazing is up to current building regulations and is double glazed and toughened where required.

- uPVC door and windows are also available.

INTERNALS

- electric sockets as requested

- fire rated LED downlights in a range of finishes (internal and external)

- wall hung heater as standard

- Consumer unit

- Electrical hook up to your main power supply, full testing and certification provided

ADDITIONAL WORKS

- on request we can install a hardwired CAT5e connection for your home internet.
